Coffeetree Country Club is a new private club being built on the grounds of the former Skyline Woods Golf Course in Elkhorn, west of Omaha. The 18-hole course carries the name of PGA Tour veteran Peter Jacobsen, who designed it with partners Jim Hardy and Rex Van Hoose.
The club is being built in phases. The golf course and a 19th Hole social space are under way first, with a clubhouse, resort-style pool, tennis and pickleball courts, and a performance and training center planned to follow.
Membership is limited and offered in golf, social and national categories. The club has said it is aiming for a late 2026 opening, but no firm date is posted.
For now this is a place to watch rather than play. Visitors will need a member invitation once it opens.
