1. Program. CityLine Properties (bookcityline.com) sends text messages about our Omaha vacation rentals: member deals, availability, special offers and local event picks. You may also receive messages about a reservation you made with us.
2. How you join. You join by opting in, for example by checking a box on our website or texting a keyword to our number. Consent to receive marketing texts is not a condition of any purchase or booking.
3. Opting out. You can cancel at any time. Text STOP to the number that messaged you. After you send STOP, we will send one message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further marketing texts from us. To join again, opt in the same way you did the first time.
4. Help. If you have trouble with the program, text HELP to the number that messaged you, call us at 402.381.3801, or email [email protected].
5. Frequency and cost. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have questions about your text or data plan, contact your wireless provider.
6. Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
7. Privacy. We do not sell or share your mobile number or text opt-in data with third parties for their marketing. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.
8. Changes. We may update these terms from time to time; the current version is always on this page.
