AirbnbAmazing studio everything was awesome the recliners were super comfy the shower was super good pressure could’ve just done a quick dust done but nothing major.
This is a basement of a house, with high moisture in the air. Lots of ants and bugs. The garbage doesn't get taken to the curb and the bins are right outside the door, and the smell gets into the apartment. The owner hasn't responded to my notes although they weren't questions, so didn't necessarily require a response. The check out instructions came 2 hours before checkout and I was already gone. Kitchen and bathroom were nice.

The apartment is accurately listed as a lower-level unit, and we take concerns regarding moisture, pests, and exterior trash conditions seriously. Had these issues been brought to us as requests for assistance during the stay, we would have been happy to address them promptly. We did receive messages from you, but as you noted, they were not questions or requests for assistance, so our team was not aware that a response or action was needed.

AirbnbThis house was super cute and clean. Very close to get around where I needed to be. Quiet area, felt very safe. Every time I had a question, I was responded to quickly and very kindly. The local places were fun and all the people very nice. I was able to work and relax from here. It was perfect!

AirbnbGreat Airbnb — it looked just like the photos, which we appreciated. Overall the stay was solid, but we did run into a few issues. There were a couple of dead bugs in the corners, and the sink faucet was leaking at the connection, causing water to spray around. We were granted a one-hour early check-in, which we appreciated, but the space hadn’t been swept and didn’t feel freshly cleaned. We also reached out about a late checkout due to a delayed flight and never received a response.
Airbnbit was fabulous, comfortable, and relaxing. The heated massaging recliners were so insane! I would live here. Bed was super comfy fun lighting.

AirbnbThe place was definitely renovated. Very modern and sleek. The bathroom is especially nice with the roomy shower and the water pressure was amazing. I did also appreciate the quality of shampoo and conditioner. I do have a few issues though. Half of the couch didn’t recline, the table was way too hard to eat at, and the biggest issue was the upstairs neighbors. I’m guessing they are guests for another rental. They were SO loud. They had a kid that was bouncing off the walls since 6am NON STOP. We tried so hard to get some sleep because we were staying here for a business trip and it was impossible with the kid running back and forth through the house above us. It was extremely frustrating. Hopefully they can coordinate a rule on noise up there. Other than that the place itself was nice. I also took great enjoyment of the outdoor area next to the entrance. It was a great place to watch the rabbits.

AirbnbThis place was very clean, cozy, and easy to get to and park at. Located in a more quiet area, but still just a short drive or uber to a lot of popular spots. Well stocked with appliances, cookware, and other small misc items. The space is small, but arranged well and is perfect for 1-2 people. Dan and team were proactive in giving detailed instructions for check in/check out and very responsive.
FYI, the apartment is located underneath the pool house for the large airbnb home next door. Noise during our stay was kept pretty low, but may vary based on who's staying at the other property.
Would definitely stay again if my husband and I are ever back in Omaha!
AirbnbA very beautiful place as Dan advertised! My friend and I enjoyed sitting outside on the swing looking at the beautiful landscape. My cat enjoyed climbing the rocks as any animal would it was the most excitement she had in awhile. I'm so grateful I could bring her. The couch was very comfortable and the bed beautifully decorated. Dan put time into designing the apt and landscape down to the excellent appliances. I can't recommend stay at this beautiful apartment retreat enough. It's so impersonal staying at a hotel when you have a wonderful place like this to go to. I felt very safe there.

AirbnbThis Airbnb truly is a hidden gem! I really appreciated Dan's thoughtful and intentional design. Despite its compact size, they've managed to fit in everything you could need for a comfortable stay – a washer, dryer, dishwasher, and smart appliances. It genuinely felt like a home away from home.
As someone who loves to cook, I was happy that the kitchen was fully equipped with quality cookware (Ninja), utensils, and plates. Another plus is the easy street access, which made DoorDash deliveries super easy – they could come right to our door. My partner and I stayed for a month, and it was perfectly comfortable for two people. The neighborhood is very quiet and walkable, and the nicely landscaped outdoor area with a swing was a nice spot to get some fresh air. The decor is charming and well-done. Finally, the Dan’s response time was good; I usually heard back within the hour, and urgent matters were addressed even more quickly. I would definitely stay again the next time I’m in Omaha!
