Lucky Bucket Brewing Co.

A newly remodeled La Vista taproom pairing its beers with Cut Spike spirits in cocktails. The lineup includes a Pre-Prohibition Lager, Certified Evil and a festbier.

Lucky Bucket Brewing Co. was co-founded by Zac Triemert in 2008, sold in 2012, and bought back by Triemert in 2023. Triemert also owns Brickway Brewery and Distillery, and Lucky Bucket's sister brand is Cut Spike Distillery. The brewery relaunched after a renovation. Triemert first co-founded the company in Omaha.

The taproom at 11941 Centennial Road in La Vista was remodeled and serves Lucky Bucket beer on tap, including seasonal and limited releases, plus Cut Spike spirits in classic and signature cocktails. The company also has a distillery producing whiskey, vodka, rum and brandy. Rooms are also available to rent for events.

The flagship is the Pre-Prohibition Style Lager, now sold in cans, with other beers including an IPA, wheat, lime lager and festbier. The site does not describe a food menu. A private Barrel Room seats 75, or up to 200 for a cocktail-style event, with its own taps and rental pricing posted on the site. It is a good stop for lager fans and whiskey drinkers in the La Vista area.
