Monolithic Brewing is a small-batch, family-owned brewery at 4915 N 120th Street in northwest Omaha. It opened over Halloween weekend in 2020, after about four years of planning, with a layout designed to stay spread out and comfortable. The taproom offers indoor seating and a large patio overlooking a pond with two water features.
Beers are brewed in house and served only in the taproom, and 32-ounce crowlers are available to take away. Core beers include Feisty Walrus brown ale, Meister hefeweizen, Juice City Sessions hazy IPA, Fruity Kettles gose and Chupacabra Mexican-style lager, alongside rotating seasonal brews. The brewery calls itself a small-batch operation.
The kitchen is built around sandwiches and appetizers, and the menu changes regularly. It suits a relaxed afternoon on the patio or a beer stop before dinner in the northwest part of town. The taproom is closed Mondays and opens at 3 pm on weekdays and noon on weekends. The venue is indoor and outdoor, with seating on both sides.
