Omaha Farmers Markets (Old Market and Aksarben Village)

Omaha's weekend farmers markets: Saturday mornings on the Old Market's brick streets and Sunday mornings at Aksarben Village, May through October.

Next: Dec 5–6, 2026 · Old Market (11th and Jackson Streets) and Aksarben Village (67th Street and Mercy Road)

The Omaha Farmers Market runs two weekly markets for about 24 weeks each year, and it has been doing so for more than three decades. On Saturday mornings it takes over 11th and Jackson Streets in the historic Old Market, and on Sunday mornings it sets up at 67th Street and Mercy Road in Aksarben Village.

Each market draws more than 100 local vendors selling Nebraska and Iowa produce, meats, eggs, honey, baked goods, flowers, plants and crafts, plus coffee and breakfast stands. The Old Market version feels like a downtown street festival under the old warehouse awnings, while Aksarben is a bit roomier and easy for families, with Stinson Park right next door.

In early December the market moves indoors and outdoors at Aksarben Village for a two-day Holiday Market, a good place to pick up local gifts and treats.

For visitors staying downtown, the Saturday market is an easy walk and a great way to start a weekend in Omaha. Go early for the best selection.
