Via Farina Regency is the second Via Farina, in Regency Landing at 10730 Pacific Street, Suite 120. The original sits in Little Italy downtown, where the name means Flour Street. Local press credits chef Paul Kulik of Le Bouillon and Boiler Room as the food lead, with Ethan Bondelid handling beverages and design. The Regency location opened in November 2024.
The Regency room has an open kitchen, a pasta lab where pasta is made in house and a charcuterie island. The restaurant describes its food as a modern take on classic Italian, with a seasonal menu, an affordable wine list, cocktails and taps. It also supplies pasta and bread for the original location.
The dinner menu covers shareables such as the charcuterie island, burrata, wood-roasted meatballs and fritto misto, then Neapolitan-style pizzas like Margherita and Fratello with soppressata and honey. Pastas include sourdough tagliatelle, rigatoni with white bolognese and egg yolk raviolo. Drinks feature several spritzes, a Negroni, an espresso martini, Italian wines and beers, and a short zero-proof list.
It suits a casual date night, a group sharing plates, or a pasta-focused lunch, with separate lunch, dinner, dessert and happy hour menus. The menu invites guests to ask about vegan and gluten-free options, and the risotto is tagged gluten free. Book through Toast Tables, or order to go online. Hours are shorter on Sunday and Monday, when the doors open later in the day.
