The place was very comfortable. Had pretty much everything we needed. The pool was great. Had enough bedrooms. Was great to have the laundry available. Parking was adequate for our group size. Residential setting.

Great house for lots of guests. The pool was great and the big yard was a nice amenity.
Some broken yard furniture and house needs railings on front porch and garage-not super safe for little kids or older adults.

The garage is intended for vehicle parking, not as a play or gathering area, and children should always be supervised around stairs and throughout the property. This was a great house to stay at for my girls weekend with my friends. The house was clean and the pool was amazing.
The only thing I would say would be there was only one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom so we had to go buy more on our own so we didn’t run out.
Other than that we enjoyed our stay and had a fun time.

We had a wonderful week with so much space. The pool was nicely heated and well supplied with pool toys. The led lights, super soft blankets and noise machines in the basement bedrooms were a wonderful touch for the kids to use. The property managers were very helpful and responsive to all of our questions. The location was close to multiple stores for necessities. Overall, a wonderful time!

We had a great experience for our girl's weekend in Papillion. The house was beautiful, clean and spacious. The backyard is a dream.

When I booked this listing, the pool was reportedly opened in April. When we arrived on 16 April the pool was found to be a nasty cesspool for migrating ducks - yes I have pics & video.
It was never communicated to me that this amenity would not be available. I did report it to the proprietor and got one reason or excuse for the fraudulent depiction - including how the weather in Nebraska can be iffy in April. I live 1.2 miles away from the rental - I know Nebraska weather. Im not the one who advertised it available in April - since I reported the situation the listing has been changed to now be available in MAY.
I want the buyer to BEWARE and if necessary confirm the status of the pool outside area before dropping big bucks if the pool is important to you. And Id like Air B&B to follow up with this listing to ensure that people are getting what they paid for and the listing is as depicted.

Steve, this review is misleading.
The pool was not raised as a concern at any point during your stay and only came up at checkout, despite multiple check-ins from our team. It was then described in extreme terms that do not reflect the condition of a covered, off-season pool.
We responded promptly, addressed each item you raised, and clarified the seasonal timing in the listing afterward to provide additional clarity for future guests—not because anything was misrepresented.
You also noted that the property met your group’s needs, which aligns with the stay overall.
While the home was left in good condition, concerns were raised late and do not reflect the actual condition of the property.
We would not host this guest again.
We had a great stay at Dan's place! The house was spacious and there was plenty of room for our large group. Communication was wonderful and everything from check in to check out was very straightforward. I would definitely recommend this airbnb for anyone looking for a really nice place for a group.

We had a fantastic stay at this Papillion home. There was plenty of space for our entire group, and the layout made it easy for everyone to feel comfortable. The kitchen was especially impressive—spacious, well equipped, and perfect for hosting large family meals and spending time together.
The bedrooms were wonderful and the home itself felt modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed. A huge highlight for us was the basement—it was such a fun and cool space for the kids and gave them their own area to enjoy.
Overall, this home was ideal for a family stay, and we would absolutely recommend it to others looking for a comfortable, well-appointed place to gather.

This was the perfect place. We stayed here for a family Christmas. It was roomy, decorated nicely, with plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need. The fenced in yard was awesome for our dogs. The kids also loved playing outside. The only small disappointment was The listing said the pool was heated for year round use, we were looking forward to trying it out on December but it wasn’t open. We would love to come back when the pool is open. We definitely will stay here again if our family is in the area again.

Beautiful home with lots of space! Host was super at responding! Lots of supplies, games and amenities. The only negatives - rhe neighbors turned us in for partying and we weren't even there! but rhe hosts were super cool about this and believed us! secondly, lots of back yard features required propane and NONE is provided - other than that - it was the perfect place. we would for sure stay again and bring propane from home!

We had a wonderful experience with our stay. A few hiccups checking in as it wasn’t communicated we were doing an early check in but other than that they were fantastic. When messaging them they almost always replied immediately! They even offered to have new pool umbrellas delivered to the house as we found out the previous ones were damaged in a storm. The house was clean and was stocked with everything you would need! They even provide coffee. Great experience and would definitely come back!

AMAZING stay! Beautiful home, perfect for a large family. Everything you could possibly need was there and easy to find. Comfortable beds and furniture, plenty of linens and towels. The pool was wonderful during our brutally hot trip, clean and perfect temperature. Great communication, had one minor maintenance issue and response time was unbelievably fast. We had to book a stay for a large family group traveling from the east coast and the south last minute due to an unexpected funeral. Dan’s place was perfectly accommodating, easy to get to in a nice neighborhood and filled with everything needed for a few days stay. The rooms are private and comfy-everything was clean which was wonderful. The backyard was perfect to unwind with our family after a long day at the funeral home. We can’t thank you enough for your hospitality. If we are ever back in Omaha under different circumstances we would definitely book again.
