AirbnbVery disappointing stay. The master toilet ran nonstop our entire trip and was never fixed, even after we reported it. The dishwasher was broken with dirty dishes stored in the cabinets, so I had to wash everything myself. We also found used Q-tips in the shower floor, condoms new and used in the nightstand drawers, and a burned-out bulb in the laundry room. Our first night was spent dealing with these problems instead of settling in with our kids. The host didn't respond until Airbnb got involved. Missing pool ball. They fixed some things the next day but not all of it. Refused the first night refund with all that was wrong. HORRIBLE customer service. Would not stay here again.

We’re disappointed by this review because several statements conflict with the documented record. Our timestamped pre-arrival photos showed the home cleaned and guest-ready and did not document the conditions later described. When Kim began messaging us, we responded within minutes and were already coordinating service before she stated that she had contacted Airbnb. That evening, we sent both maintenance and housekeeping, with additional items handled the following day. During the stay, Kim messaged, “The house is beautiful!” and later thanked us for “getting everything taken care of so quick.” Those messages are difficult to reconcile with the later claim of “HORRIBLE customer service” or that we only responded after Airbnb became involved. Our team invested significant time and resources responding to everything reported. The post-stay characterization differed materially from the feedback given during the reservation, and we believe the documented timeline speaks for itself.

AirbnbI would stay here again and recommend it to others! It worked perfectly for our group of 7 adults. This would also be a great option for families with kids. Some things in the house need updated and maintained, so hopefully that is something they plan to do in the near future. Cleaning seemed to have been done a little sloppily, and trash from previous guests was left behind. Basement sliding door was unlocked when we arrived but the area is very nice and we never felt unsafe. The hosts were very friendly, communicative, responsive, and easy to work with!

AirbnbThis house was perfectly sized for the people that were in our party. We were two families with 2 boys and 2 girls and then a grandparent came along (9 total). The bed situation was perfect. The house was big enough for everyone to have their own space and not feel cramped. Our stay was 7 days. There were some things that we felt slightly let down by.
1. Multiple lights that were flickering our out.
2. The dryer is EXTREMELY noisy, like there is a rock in it.
3. There are very few kitchen items to be able to cook.
4. While the listing does say coffee, maybe supply the number of days there. Being there for 7 days, expected at LEAST 7 days worth of coffee, we got 5 days, which is fine, but maybe don't advertise that.
5. One of the bathrooms did not have shampoo/conditioner/body wash
6. We found pot brownies in one of the drawers of the rooms, so it made us wonder how clean it was.
7. TV for hot tub did not work.
Just seems like the house needs some maintenance, otherwise GREAT!

We initially left this guest a positive review because the stay appeared to go smoothly from booking through checkout. However, after our complete post-checkout inspection and evaluations were finished, our assessment changed.
Our housekeeping team documents the condition of the home with timestamped photos between every reservation. Following this stay, we documented multiple instances of property damage that were not present prior to check-in, including a burned vanity countertop requiring replacement, stained.
We encourage guests to report accidental damage so it can be addressed promptly and transparently. Based on the documented damage discovered after checkout and the lack of disclosure, we would not host this guest again.
AirbnbWe enjoyed out stay. Dan communicated efficiently if I had any questions. The younger children enjoyed the play room while my oldest enjoyed the pool table and hot tub.

AirbnbWe came to Omaha for my nieces graduation and shared the space with another family. So much room at this location and the kids had fun in the hot tub, playing pool, and running around outside. The kitchen is spacious but I would encourage having more pots and pans for use along with coffee filters and coffee for guests.

AirbnbDans place was amazing! Absolutely beautiful house, clean, lots of space and a huge backyard to through the ball for my dog. This place has everything, the hosts were super responsive and if they would have had extra days, we would have extended our time. I often come back to Nebraska and I will for sure stay again.
Property management company was terrible. I reached our 6 different times via 3 different methods and got zero response. I did get spammed with texts and emails that were not generated telling me how to reach out and get a hold of someone to no avail. It was clear no one had been to the property in quite some time. For four bathrooms there were 3 rolls of toilet paper. Minimal other amenities like towels as well. The 4 pm check in and 10 am check out was a ridiculous and even then the front door lock didn’t work until 4:15. I have never stayed at a VRBO where it was a company and absolutely couldn’t get a hold of anyone. The house was generally nice and the only saving grace but the management and their poor management performance is why you get a 2.

Our records reflect only communication regarding requests for early check-in and late checkout accommodations, which unfortunately could not be approved due to scheduled guest turnover.
No additional concerns were reported to our local management team during the stay, which limited our ability to address anything further in real time. Housekeeping and inspection records also confirmed the home was prepared and stocked prior to arrival in accordance with our listing standards.

AirbnbMy friends and I stayed here for a girls weekend to chat, relax, and get ready together for a fantasy ball. It was a great house for our needs and we really had a good time.
The living is room couch was perfect for all 5 of us to relax on at the same time and it was definitely our central location as well as the kitchen island.
We used the hot tub and the downstairs a little but mainly hung out on the main floor and it was perfect.
The kitchen had everything we needed and had lots of different cups and glasses and other utensils for what we might need.

AirbnbVery comfortable house with well stocked kitchen in a quiet neighborhood. Large fenced yard with a small covered patio and clean hot tub. It was handy to have an extra fridge in the garage. We loved having the video games and pool table & the huge comfortable couch for watching movies. Walked the dog to a nearby park and the neighborhood was very quiet & walkable. We appreciated the nice white linens and that the shampoo, conditioner, dish, hand & laundry soap were all provided for us. We would stay again.

The spacious gourmet kitchen was a favorite for us all. Even the filtered water from the fridge was delicious! Everything about the home shows it's managed well and that Dan and his team keep guests in mind.
When we encountered a minor issue with a bedroom door, Dan responded fast and had the door fixed in a timely manner. I was definitely impressed with the proactive guest services provided.
Overall, we'd stay at this home or any of Dan's listings next time we're in Omaha!

AirbnbWe were there on business with three of our employees. The house was great but Unfortunately there were a few issues that that we were not pleased with. The first problem we had was a smoke detector started beeping at at 8:00 am on one morning and we notified Dan about the problem and Miguel (co-host) responded saying he would send someone over to take care it, but problem did not get resolved until 3:30 pm. We feel that is a long time to have to listen to an annoying sound when someone is trying to do paperwork and concentrate on business issues. Unfortunately a few days after that the beeping happened again but this time they took care of it in about three hours, but it was still another annoying distraction. Miguel came over and spoke with my wife, at that time she told him that the clothes dryer makes a horrible noise, and nothing was done about it which made it hard to sleep in the bedroom below until laundry was done. Too many Annoying distractions!

AirbnbBeautiful, large home. We were so excited at the luxury of the home. The girls bedroom upstairs is absolutely adorable and gorgeous. The kids cave in the basement was an added bonus. Our kids were so excited. Loved the amount of smart tvs in the home. My favorite place was either sitting at the fireplace watching football or the studio like master bedroom. The master bath was so spacious and the spa tub was an absolute treat. Being able to bring our dog and pay the small fee was so nice and the fenced in yard was really convenient. There were really great books placed throughout the home. If we would have had more time I would have enjoyed those. The basement is great, awesome husker pictures and bar area. Great place to be for all sport watching and quality time with family. The location is in a very quiet neighborhood, be sure to mindful of that if utilizing the hot tub outside. Loved how close it was to groceries, restaurants and activities. Large closets. Stay for a week if you can
