AirbnbLocation has easy access from 96th with helpful stoplight. However, be aware of exterior stairs with it being a basement apartment.
Kitchen equipment is good, very good quality products. However, be aware there are no supplies like oil, salt, etc. like we typically have found in other locations we've stayed.
Very focused on minimum requirements: no coasters, no extra sheets, one roll of toilet tissue.

AirbnbOur stay at this property was very enjoyable. It was clean and comfortable. It is decorated simply and tastefully, not overdone and busy. It was nice to see the bedroom dresser, nightstand, tables and chairs were some nice solid pieces and not just cheap poorly made pieces. The things available in the kitchen were well thought through. While we didn't need it, the laundry is a plus! We would stay again!
