AirbnbSecond time staying, can’t say thank you enough. Very clean, has all necessities to feel at home, very modern and stylish.
Thank you so much for coming back! We're thrilled you felt right at home. Guests like you make it all worthwhile, and we truly appreciate your kind words about the cleanliness and updates we've made. We'd love to have you stay with us again soon. Safe travels!
AirbnbAmazing studio everything was awesome the recliners were super comfy the shower was super good pressure could’ve just done a quick dust done but nothing major.
This is a basement of a house, with high moisture in the air. Lots of ants and bugs. The garbage doesn't get taken to the curb and the bins are right outside the door, and the smell gets into the apartment. The owner hasn't responded to my notes although they weren't questions, so didn't necessarily require a response. The check out instructions came 2 hours before checkout and I was already gone. Kitchen and bathroom were nice.
Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad you found the kitchen and bathroom to be clean and well maintained.
The apartment is accurately listed as a lower-level unit, and we take concerns regarding moisture, pests, and exterior trash conditions seriously. Had these issues been brought to us as requests for assistance during the stay, we would have been happy to address them promptly. We did receive messages from you, but as you noted, they were not questions or requests for assistance, so our team was not aware that a response or action was needed.
We also appreciate the feedback regarding the timing of the checkout reminder and will review that process. We strive to keep the property comfortable and well maintained and appreciate the opportunity to improve where appropriate.
AirbnbSuch a nice and cozy place my bf and I enjoyed our stay, would definitely come back !!

AirbnbThis house was super cute and clean. Very close to get around where I needed to be. Quiet area, felt very safe. Every time I had a question, I was responded to quickly and very kindly. The local places were fun and all the people very nice. I was able to work and relax from here. It was perfect!

AirbnbPerfect for a weekend getaway. Pretty close to the downtown area and was located in a nice neighborhood.
Loved this property, very unique and comfortable
AirbnbOur stay was amazing! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host went above and beyond, even clearing the outside area when it snowed, which made everything so much easier for us. We really appreciated the hospitality and care. Overall, a great experience and we would definitely stay here again.
Thank you for your wonderful feedback! We're delighted to hear you enjoyed your stay and appreciated the extra touches. We look forward to welcoming you back.
AirbnbGreat Airbnb — it looked just like the photos, which we appreciated. Overall the stay was solid, but we did run into a few issues. There were a couple of dead bugs in the corners, and the sink faucet was leaking at the connection, causing water to spray around. We were granted a one-hour early check-in, which we appreciated, but the space hadn’t been swept and didn’t feel freshly cleaned. We also reached out about a late checkout due to a delayed flight and never received a response.
Airbnbit was fabulous, comfortable, and relaxing. The heated massaging recliners were so insane! I would live here. Bed was super comfy fun lighting.
AirbnbHad a great stay in this apartment. It was extremely cozy and it had everything you could possibly need. Beautiful space, nice, clean and the kitchen well stocked with everything you may need for cooking. Definitely recommend. Dan and his team are super responsive and very nice.
AirbnbEverything was great, excellent place to stay!
AirbnbGreat place.
AirbnbStaying in this BNB was one of the best ones I’ve been in. It’s cute and cozy and I loveddd the LED lighting. Dan is very responsive and will get back to you when you need to get ahold of him. All around 10/10!! Will be back again.
Airbnbgreat place to stay
AirbnbI would definitely come back!
AirbnbConveniently located, Dan was great at communicating. Space was very clean and modern, will definitely stay again if I am in Omaha!
AirbnbWonderful host, wonderful space. Thanks for a wonderful anniversary! Beautiful home.
AirbnbSuper great place, upstairs neighbour’s can be loud during the day. The right side of the couch didn’t work but everything else was great! Would definitely come back!
Airbnbvery nice stay
AirbnbEverything was so well stocked. We enjoyed our stay and would love to come here again if we were ever in town! Also, the tv in the main room was amazing to watch on.
AirbnbThe place was definitely renovated. Very modern and sleek. The bathroom is especially nice with the roomy shower and the water pressure was amazing. I did also appreciate the quality of shampoo and conditioner. I do have a few issues though. Half of the couch didn’t recline, the table was way too hard to eat at, and the biggest issue was the upstairs neighbors. I’m guessing they are guests for another rental. They were SO loud. They had a kid that was bouncing off the walls since 6am NON STOP. We tried so hard to get some sleep because we were staying here for a business trip and it was impossible with the kid running back and forth through the house above us. It was extremely frustrating. Hopefully they can coordinate a rule on noise up there. Other than that the place itself was nice. I also took great enjoyment of the outdoor area next to the entrance. It was a great place to watch the rabbits.
Thank you for your feedback and for highlighting the parts of your stay that you enjoyed, especially the bathroom, amenities, and outdoor space.
We're sorry to hear about the noise from the neighboring unit—it’s important to us that guests have a restful experience. We’re always available during your stay and happy to help with any concerns in real time whenever possible.
We also appreciate your note about the couch. Your initial message helped us respond quickly, and we're always here to assist further if needed.
Thanks again for staying with us and for leaving the space in great shape. We truly value your input and are always working to improve the guest experience.
AirbnbThis place was very clean, cozy, and easy to get to and park at. Located in a more quiet area, but still just a short drive or uber to a lot of popular spots. Well stocked with appliances, cookware, and other small misc items. The space is small, but arranged well and is perfect for 1-2 people. Dan and team were proactive in giving detailed instructions for check in/check out and very responsive.
FYI, the apartment is located underneath the pool house for the large airbnb home next door. Noise during our stay was kept pretty low, but may vary based on who's staying at the other property.
Would definitely stay again if my husband and I are ever back in Omaha!
AirbnbA very beautiful place as Dan advertised! My friend and I enjoyed sitting outside on the swing looking at the beautiful landscape. My cat enjoyed climbing the rocks as any animal would it was the most excitement she had in awhile. I'm so grateful I could bring her. The couch was very comfortable and the bed beautifully decorated. Dan put time into designing the apt and landscape down to the excellent appliances. I can't recommend stay at this beautiful apartment retreat enough. It's so impersonal staying at a hotel when you have a wonderful place like this to go to. I felt very safe there.
AirbnbThe space was very clean and perfect for two people. The only downside was that the upstairs guests were loud after 10pm. Overall, we really enjoyed our time here and would recommend!
Airbnbwonderful stay , in a very safe neighborhood close to downtown! we will be back GO TIGERS !!
AirbnbPeaceful and beautiful area. Close to everything. The home was very clean, and accommodating. Felt like home away from home.
AirbnbAbsolutely a great spot!! Close to town, restaurants, just a perfect location!! Super comfortable bed btw!!! Thank you for all the recommendations you sent us prior to check-in!! Can’t wait to come back to OMAHA!!!
AirbnbThis Airbnb truly is a hidden gem! I really appreciated Dan's thoughtful and intentional design. Despite its compact size, they've managed to fit in everything you could need for a comfortable stay – a washer, dryer, dishwasher, and smart appliances. It genuinely felt like a home away from home.
As someone who loves to cook, I was happy that the kitchen was fully equipped with quality cookware (Ninja), utensils, and plates. Another plus is the easy street access, which made DoorDash deliveries super easy – they could come right to our door. My partner and I stayed for a month, and it was perfectly comfortable for two people. The neighborhood is very quiet and walkable, and the nicely landscaped outdoor area with a swing was a nice spot to get some fresh air. The decor is charming and well-done. Finally, the Dan’s response time was good; I usually heard back within the hour, and urgent matters were addressed even more quickly. I would definitely stay again the next time I’m in Omaha!
AirbnbThis outside and inside of this place is beautiful! All the warm-toned lights really set the atmosphere and i was in love! There’s plenty of pots and pans to cook with which was also so awesome!
AirbnbQuiet area, clean and cozy space. Amazing kitchen. You can tell lots of thought went into the layout, it’s well organized with no wasted space. Great lighting and amenities that you don’t find in other Airbnbs. A little small for the price but overall very nice.
AirbnbThis place was great and had everything I needed to feel at home. The bed was super comfortable and the sound machine was nice. The place was clean, comfortable and quiet, a home away from home. I was able to comfortably cook and the knifes actually worked. The washer and dryer was also nice to have. Also close to grocery and restaurants. Highly recommend!
AirbnbI had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The location was incredibly convenient, making it easy to explore the area and access everything I needed. The space itself is beautiful, thoughtfully designed, clean, and equipped with all the amenities you could think of. The owners were also very responsive, always quick to answer any questions and ensure I had the best experience. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay!
AirbnbBeautiful place to stay, host is very proactive and responsive.
AirbnbI was surprised and happy at how comfortable my stay here was
