AirbnbProperty is close to the zoo which was what we were looking for. At arrival it wasn't stated limited parking especially with 14 guests. Room with bunk beds doesn't match the photos. 3 story home with 3 bedrooms and 1 bath upstairs. Shower upstairs has large chips in cast iron which will cut your feet. Bunk bed support post fell off of bunk bed. Beer cans in pool. Trash, food, etc were between and under all couch cushions. Silverware couldn't accommodate 1/2 of our group. A/c vents in pool house were all closed causing extreme heat. Thermostat for upstairs is downstairs with incorrect placement not indicating correct temp of area monitoring. We arrived at 10p to a home over 86°. We had to argue to persuade window units to be installed. We were never reimbursed for the hotel rooms we had to secure due to a/c problem(s). We paid almost $5k for 3 nights. I will never stay here again nor utilize any property associated with the management company.

My family stayed here for a week, everything was great. The place was clean, the AC worked well, the neighborhood is nice and quiet. The pool area was as advertised, very nice, the grills worked well.

AirbnbI wouldnt call this place luxury...the place was dusty and trash was left in cabinets, a pringle on the floor, plaster coming apart, the hot tub water low and rusty pans to cook on also careful on the bunk beds they are not stable. I brought up an issue of one of the rooms being so cold and at the time no air going into the room and I was told it wasn't a problem before so it can't be now. Finally after more complaints they came to look. They did respond quickly to a toaster being broken but I had to request them bring another.

The home is professionally cleaned and inspected between stays. No cleanliness concerns were reported at check-in, and post-stay inspection did not confirm the issues described.
During the stay, a concern was raised regarding temperature in one room. Thermostat readings showed the home consistently maintained around 74°F. Maintenance was dispatched promptly and confirmed the heating system was operating as designed and indoor conditions were comfortable. Space heaters are also available for guests who prefer additional warmth.
All cookware had been replaced prior to this stay, and no rusted items were found. The bunk beds were inspected and found to be stable.
We respond to guest concerns in real time and did replace the toaster promptly once notified. Our goal is always to address issues quickly should any arise and ensure a comfortable stay.

AirbnbThe house itself is beautiful and spacious. But the host was not good communicating at all. The back door was stuck open about an inch and unable to lock for 10 days of my trip which made the only access to the back yard walking around the house so we didn’t really utilize unfortunately cause it looks awesome. The WiFi also was not strong enough to hit any of the rooms upstairs leaving the TVs useless.

Rooms were slightly smaller than it looked in the pictures but accommodated our large group very well. Only complaints would be the TV in the main living room was difficult to work & the back sliding door is very finicky. We would definitely like to come back & enjoy this space again!

And the kitchen was nicely stocked with cookware and table settings for 16! We appreciated the coffee too. The pool, hot tub and fire pit areas were so much fun for our family to be able to spill out into the private backyard. We loved this little getaway spot to gather with family from 3 neighboring states, and not need to travel far!

Our family enjoyed the pool and loved the 2 outdoor grills and poolhouse which had a bathroom so we didn't have to go in the house during swim time.
We had a lot of small kids, the pool temperature was perfect, think 86 degrees, the kids swam in the pool probably 8 hrs per day. Everything is good shape and we had a good time. Location is very good for getting to downtown. The mall at Gene Leahy park was also a big hit with the kids. Family would stay there again.

We went to the BIG10 baseball tournament and it was very close and easy to get to. We used the grills to make steaks and everything worked well. The fire pit was nice in the evening. Dan was incredibly gracious in letting us throw a back yard BBQ for about 30 people again, which has become a tradition. The house was spotless when we arrived, with plenty of beds to comfortably accommodate our group of 5 guys. The backyard setup is unbeatable: a great pool, relaxing hot tub, and a fire pit that kept us hanging out late into the night. It’s the ideal home base for a Berkshire weekend—or really any Omaha getaway. Can’t wait to come back!

This place is so roomy but with the ability to spend time together in warm and cozy places when you want the group to be together. The pool house made it so nice to enjoy the hot tub and the outdoor fireplace was a great area to wind down at the end of the day. Our family would love to come back during the warmer months to enjoy the pool. This host was extremely professional and proactive. 5stars!!!

I wouldn't recommend going in the winter, I think the pool, BBQ, backyard and such are needed to overshadow some issues we encountered.
We had 13 people
Small house, lot of bedrooms. One of the bunk beds was unsafe to sleep on and needs to be fixed so we couldn't use it.
We had no good area to hangout in the house together since the common areas are only meant for 5-6 so people had to sit on the floors. I imagine this isn't an issue in the summer since you can go to the backyard.
We had people freeze during the stay. Example: the bathroom would be boiling but the bedroom freezing cold.
We were missing kitchen supplies/enough supplies to cook for the number of people we had: need larger pan, cookware, oil, etc
One of the burners doesn't work
TV and remote in living room were non-functional

The property is very nice overall. We stayed during December so the pool was closed, but it looks very nice. The internet speed was HORRIBLE! Definitely not the 250 mbps in the listing. A speed test done in the dining area was at 1 mbps! There was a knob missing from the stove which limited our cooking to only 3 burners. And the ice maker didn’t work. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and nice. The heating was either HOT or COLD - temperamental and not sure what you were going to get. The property management group was non-responsive but luckily we didn't have any major issues that needed immediate attention. Overall, this is a nice property but it needs some work and a better-stocked kitchen..

I rented this place to take my teenagers and a couple of their friends on a long weekend away. The house is so nice and the backyard has more than we could have asked for and somehow the weather in October was good enough to have 2 full pool days! We had 3 families meet up here, the space was perfect for our group. The kids really enjoyed the pool. The hot tub was a little green when we got there, but they got it cleared up for us.
We enjoyed our stay here very much. Our family enjoyed the pool so much. Pool area and grounds were really nice, even with it being in a residential area we felt that area was private with the landscaping. Close enough to some of the attractions like the zoo. The house was nice, it was really hot when we were there so upstairs bedrooms didn’t cool off real well with the air conditioning. We did lose power for about 12 hours when we were there due to a storm. The property did have a generator but we were unable to use it because it hadn’t been serviced yet. Dan was very helpful, our check in went very well. He did call and check in to see if everything was ok. All in all a good experience we enjoyed our stay there.
Let's start with the positives! The entire property offered plenty of space for our family, whether it be in the home or at the pool. There were plenty of bedrooms for everyone to have their own space. The pool area / house is AMAZING and was a lovely place for our family to gather. Additionally, the air conditioning in the pool house was fabulous - it was HOT! It is beautifully built, and the shade offered by the patio covering was awesome. Days in the pool were followed by evenings around the middle level fire pit eating S'mores.
Now for the not so perfect parts. Believe me when I say, I truly tried to overlook these things until they just kept building up. While some family members told me "it's not a big deal," they also weren't the ones who spent THOUSANDS of dollars for a 3 day stay. When I spend this kind of money, I should expect a nearly perfect stay. Communication was spotty - several msgs left unanswered. The pool bottom was dirty when we arrived and no vacuum to clean it. The kitchen had limited mixing bowls - bring along all your own tin foil, saran wrap, etc. A portion of the tub surface is peeling and the baby had to be kept away from that area when bathing. Upstairs was HOT, and there was only a ceiling fan in 1 bedroom. The deck had several nails that had popped up which cut one person's foot open. While the landscaping is beautiful, the weeds needed to be pulled.
Overall, I would recommend staying here. Just be prepared for a few things mentioned above.

It had plenty of beds to accommodate us all and the backyard pool house area was an added bonus. The host was responsive and whole process was smooth. We really enjoyed the stay and would recommend!

Hi Particia I appreciate your honest review although not entirely accurate. We have 3 fireplaces. We have two of permanently disabled, this is on purpose to avoid fire hazard inside the home. We have one working fire place at the property, a fire pit, and 4 torches outside that all work as intended.
The soaking tub works properly. No issues there.
The house is not musky. We take very good care of this place and clean it thouroughly. There are two large furnaces in the main house and third furnace for the pool house. SImply turn up the heat to heat up the home.
